Nasturtium & Arugula Salad
This delicious, easy-to-make salad is Gluten Free and Vegan.

Ingredients:
Nasturtium Salad
- 3 ounces arugula
- 1 large handful nasturtium flowers + leaves, leaves roughly chopped if desired
- 1 cup strawberries, cored + sliced
- ⅛ cup walnuts
Vinaigrette:
- ⅛ cup olive oil
- ⅛ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Toss together all salad ingredients.
- Whisk all vinaigrette ingredients together.
- Toss dressing with salad and serve immediately :-)
