Nasturtium & Arugula Salad

 

This delicious, easy-to-make salad is Gluten Free and Vegan.

Servings: 4 people 
Calories: 120kcal per serving 


Ingredients: 
Nasturtium Salad

  • 3 ounces arugula
  • 1 large handful nasturtium flowers + leaves, leaves roughly chopped if desired
  • 1 cup strawberries, cored + sliced
  • ⅛ cup walnuts

Vinaigrette:

  • ⅛ cup olive oil
  • ⅛ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt


Instructions:

  • Toss together all salad ingredients.
  • Whisk all vinaigrette ingredients together.
  • Toss dressing with salad and serve immediately :-)
