Hive Pod

Our Hive pod (also known as a Bee Hotel) provides a secure and moisture-free nesting habitat for a variety of solitary bees that are critical to a balanced garden and ecology. The unique Hive pod design accommodates 15cm long paper tube inserts (6mm and 8mm recommended) that can be easily replaced as needed.

Why Depth Matters
We've specifically designed our Hive pod to work with 150mm long tubes because they provide the optimal depth to insure protection from excessive temperatures, wind and rain. Even more importantly, this tube length helps insure both male and female offspring develop.

Please note: paper tube inserts sold separately. 

Made from 100% post-consumer recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the Hive pod will look and perform beautifully for years.
